By accessing the Site, you agree to the policies set forth below. If you do not agree with the policies set forth below, then you should not access the Site.
Information collected by FO.
By submitting information to FO through the Site, FO may collect and store (through cookies, as described below, and other methods) personally identifiable information and other data about you if you voluntarily submit such information to FO. Personally identifiable information may include your name, email address, physical address and other information that specifically identifies you. Other data about you may include the type of Internet browser you use to access the Site, the domain name of any website through which you linked to the Site, and your usage of the Site.
Personally Identifiable Information.
FO may use the personally identifiable information we collect to contact you about our services from time to time. We do not sell or share your personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent. We may use information obtained through the Site with information obtained through sources other than the Site, including both offline and online sources. FO reserve the right to transfer any information obtained through the Site to any successors or assigns in business. FO further reserves the right to access and/or disclose any information as may be required by any court or administrative agency and to the extent necessary to permit us to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule, regulation, this policy, the rights of third parties or any suspected conduct which FO deems improper. FO may share non-personally identifiable information with third parties for any number of reasons, including advertising, promotional and/or other purposes.
Cookies.
FO may use cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personally identifiable information from you and to customize your use of the Site. A cookie is a small data file that web sites may write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file generally contains various types of information, including a user identification that the site uses to track the pages you have visited. Although most browsers are set up to accept cookies, you can change your browser’s cookie settings at any time. Please note that, if you choose to disable cookies or refuse to accept a cookie, you may not be able to access all features of the Site.
To the extent that the Site contains links to other websites, the owners of the linked websites may receive cookies. Therefore, you may wish to view the website policies of any linked website before linking through this Site, as this policy will not govern any activity once you link from this Site, and FO expressly disclaims any liability in connection with any claims that may arise through the use of any website accessed through this Site.
Opt-Out Procedures.
You have the option to opt-out of receiving information from FO. This opt out messaging will appear at the bottom of each promotional email that is sent out to you by FO in connection with this Site. FO also gives you the option to remove your information from its database of active users. If you do not wish to receive any form of direct contact from FO, whether by email, newsletter, or promotional offer, or wish us to delete or modify your personally identifiable information from or in our database of active users, please email us at support@flowodyssey.us. Please keep in mind that FO is unable to and is not responsible for removing or modifying any of your information maintained by third parties that previously obtained your information through your use of this Site. FO may, in its sole discretion, maintain information collected through the Site, notwithstanding that we may have removed your information from our list of active users consistent with this paragraph.
Security.
FO is committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications through the Site or information stored on the Site or our servers will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers. Accordingly, by accessing and using the Site in any respect, you have assumed all risks associated with inputting information on or communicating through the Site.

This Site is not intended for users under the age of 13. FO has no intention of collecting personally identifiable information from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 13). If a parent or guardian learns that a child has provided FO with personally identifiable information, that child’s parent or guardian should send an email to support@flowodyssey.us to request that we delete from our database the information submitted by the child.
Amendments to this Policy.
FO may, at its sole discretion, amend this policy at any time by posting an amended version on the Site.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
